    I’m an avid follower! Love your newsletter and books. Follow on FB. We are an active family in terms of kids sports, but I would like to be a better role-model in terms of everyday fitness and this sounds like fun!

    In our new state, PE is required, so this would be a great item to win/use to meet the need!
