I thought they were just being generous (I'm a bit naive). The Prime Minister kept spouting about an education revolution. Since then, they have started publishing league tables on each school. Today our Deputy Prime Minister was talking about implementing school inspections and giving each child an identity number - it's sounding more Orwellian by the moment. That is all a family needs for social workers to be spying on them and hearing any family arguments. Religious freedom could be jeopardized by this kind of spying too. What is to prevent their employees from using this technology to spy on the families that are enrolled?
